How Can severe Vomiting And Diarrhea In A Child Be Treated?
A friend of mine has a handicapped child, actually he is 23 and unable to speak. He has been going to a caregiver after school and everytime he comes from there he is sick vomiting and extreme diarhea. He goes there rpoghly 3 times a week and on weekends..When he doesnt go he is fine..I have suspicions about the caregiver so my question is . would an enema be used to cover up traces of drugs or alcohol that were administered without our knowledge, and if so would it work? Also, what kinds of drugs could be hidden with an enema.? Concerned Friend
Giving an enema will not get rid of the effects of any medications/drugs from the body. However, the fact that he is developing symptoms only after going to school is quite concerning.
Please make the necessary arrangements to communicate with his care provider and follow up with his primary provider.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
